The Club at Boca Pointe was one of three host sites for the USTA National Clay Court tournament in which the club hosted the 18’s division featuring not only the top players in their division but 13 of whom are trained here with the Magallan-Martinez Tennis Academy and strengthen the Club’s position in South Florida tennis.
“We were proud to have hosted this tournament especially since many of the participants were trained at our club,” says Helen Karpel, general manager of the only country club in South Florida that offers a robust flexible membership program regardless of where the member lives.
The Club at Boca Pointe has 16 Har Tru courts, five of which are lighted for play at night.
The robust tennis program includes regular play for women and men, social tennis programming throughout the year as well as fielding teams in two leagues in Palm Beach County
“Being a non-mandatory club, we are able to offer a menu of flexible memberships that coincide with the needs of those moving or visiting Florida during the winter months,” says Karpel.
“The most popular membership falls under the Premier program where members can join for as little as three months the first year and four months up to 12 months. This is a basic club/social program to which the member can add tennis or golf.
“In addition, for those who have never been a club member, we’ve created a annual tennis membership that allows the member unlimited use of the tennis facility.”
